By God's grace, we can "start where we are and change the ending" by resetting our spiritual foundations. To learn simple, practical, and biblical ways to do that, join us for the upcoming And God Said Bible Conference entitled "RESET".

Keynote Speaker
Dr. Gavin Williams is a former Baptist Missionary and Pastor who is currently serving as a Pastoral Advisor. In his messages he will be drawing insights from the Bible and his book, "Appointment with Jesus: Discovering the life-changing power of intimacy with Jesus."

BYO Picnic Lunch
BYO Picnic Lunch after church at the Clark’s farm at Kanimbla (30 minute drive from Lithgow)
Bring your own lunch and a chair to enjoy the view. After lunch, if you’re keen, there will be time for blackberry picking. Bring a container, boots and old clothes.

This will start after church, so 12pm is approximate, and anyone is more than welcome to attend.

Basecamp Mens Conference 2023
Join the group of men from Lithgow Bible Church who are going to the BASECAMP Mountains event this year.
BASECAMP Mountains is an overnight retreat for men in the Blue Mountains. It’s an opportunity to get away to hear from God and to be refreshed. BASECAMP Mountains will feature open fires, great food, excellent Bible talks and the opportunity to learn practical wisdom for living well as a Christian man.
Registration can be done through the BASECAMP website (https://basecampmen.com/) and the early bird registration costs $99, plus an extra $20 if opting in for the dinner on Friday night.

Bonfire | Lithgow Bible Church
Come and embrace the warmth of fellowship around the toasty warmth of a bonfire!. Hosted by Lithgow Bible Church, we’ll be having our annual bonfire and BBQ out at Cullen Bullen. Address will be confirmed closer to the date.

Car Rally | Lithgow Bible Church
Lithgow Bible Church is hosting a car rally!
Starting after Sunday service, there’ll be a set of instructions that need to be carefully followed to reach a predetermined destination. Along the way, you’ll need to answer trivia questions and find hidden parts of town. At the end of the rally, over a BBQ in a park, the winner will be revealed!
If you’re keen on just meeting up for lunch, just let us know and we’ll reveal the secret of the end point to you (and you only!)

Hope and Mental Health Conference
The Sunday Night Lights team is excited to let you know that they are hosting a one day conference on the topic of Hope & Mental Health on Saturday 10th September (9:30 am to 2:30 pm).
According to recent research:
One in five Australian adults experience a mental illness every year.
About 45 per cent of Australian adults will be affected by mental illness at some time in their life.
Anxiety, mood disorders (such as depression) and substance use disorders are the most common mental illnesses experienced by Australian adults.
Nevertheless, the topic of mental health is rarely addressed during Sunday church services. The conference aims to explain how a balanced combination of gospel truths and clinical strategies can bring hope for those living with Mental Health conditions - in particular, anxiety and depression.
